So, in celebration of cool weather coming my way, I'm sharing my absolutely favorite hot chocolate recipe. It's got a touch of spice which warms you a whole different way. Every fall, I mix up a double or triple batch, pour it into whatever bottles / jars I've got, and--well, who am I kidding?--immediately make myself a mug of pure awesomeness. If you're one of the lucky few, I've actually mailed you a zip-lock baggie of this (if you're even more lucky, customs and immigration did not poke a hole in it). But this is the first time I'm sharing this publicly, so gather round, my friends. It's time for some spicy goodness.
This is an easy recipe for homemade baked potato chips, a healthier option to traditional fried potato chips. Probably one of the best snacks ever without feeling the guilt. Line the potato slices in one layer and bake until crisp and golden brown.
