I did not use the chickpeas, capers, or kale. I used the dressing with farro, onions, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes. I thought it was quite bland. Greg loved it. The sauce needed help. I added additional lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Next time try more mustard to amp up flavor.
I don’t like any healthy food, but this was okay. Greg liked. We let the leftovers in the refrigerator, though, so maybe it wasn’t that much of a success after all.
