needs revamping- I cooked the rice in the instant pot but overcooked the salmon, steamed too long from recipe next time open lid at about 8-10 min. and quickly put the lime salmon on top. otherwise cook on stove or steam in alum foil . throw some mayo 1-2 tbsp in a small bowl with about 1-2 tbsp lime juice and cilantro put on top of salmon, it's also great with the rice. had it with a salad(no string beans)
I used both recipes the 1.5 plus the 1kin and added them together with a calculator for large Pullman, came out great but lots of time more than specified. You might want to look at utube to get an idea.
Really good I used Chile garlic sauce and tapatio , It was a tad too spicy but not enough to ruin, maybe next time just use 1 TBS. I loved the potatoes, remember to cut them at least ½" as they will disintegrate. The pan was a tough workout to clean, hmmm I wonder what would make it easier- not aluminum foil, ( problem with ripping when you turn potatoes, maybe parchment paper?
English muffin bread is better- Caveat- warm mixer bowl so it doesn't take so long to proof, also you could heat up toaster oven to 170 and turn it off.
