These came out super hard and were really dry. I would not recommend these but are leaving them on my cookbook so I don't try to make them again.

I substituted Splenda for the sugar and used a variety of sugar free jams, I also made some without adding jam. I served to family who were over for a visit and these danishes were amazing. Next time I will make the cheese mixture and divide it into separate bowls for the jams. Slightly swirl jam into cheese mixture and put it into a piping bag. These danishes are so small that trying to swirl in the jam was difficult. When I started piping the filling, I used my large star tip. You could barely see the star after baking but it was easier than trying to use a spoon.
