IP Apple crisp Mix in a medium size bowl 4 cups of diced apples (peeled or semi peeled) 1/2 tsp cinnamon. A dash of nutmeg 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup packed brown sugar and 1/4 cup corn starch. Place in a pan for PIP. Place a cup of water trivet and your apples pan. Manual for 4 minutes. QR. While apples cook: fork up in a bowl topping. 2tbs butter at room temp, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and a pinch of salt or two.. optional. Add topping to cooked apples, place under the broiler in oven for a few minutes till crispy. Serve hot with ice cream or whipped top
