French Silk Pie

My collection of recipes gathered from friends, family and the internet. I like finding whole food plant based recipes - plus traditional ethnic recipes and anything a bit unusual.

1 cup heavy cream, chilled

3 large eggs

¾ cup (5¼ ounces) sugar

2 tablespoons water

8 ounces chocolate, melted and cooled

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, cut into ½-inch pieces and softened

1 pie shell, baked and cooled (See note below)
