  • 1 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 8 ounces fontina cheese, shredded, divided (2 cups)
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • Fresh thyme leaves
  • Fresh ground black pepper
