  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon white pepper
  • Small bunch of Thai basil (about 1 cup packed leaves)
  • 2 scallions (cut into 2-inch/5cm lengths)
