Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Or any other fat of choice, such as butter.
  • 1 lb Sausage I recommend ground Italian sausage, but feel free to use whatever sausage you would like!
  • 1 White Onion Diced
  • 5 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 5 to 6 Red Potatoes Medium in size, cut into 1" cubes
  • 4 cups Bone Broth Use a high-quality bone broth like Bonafide Provisions which is found in the freezer section
  • 1 13.5 oz can Coconut Milk Full-fat
  • 2 bunches Lacinato Kale Ribs removed, roughly chopped
  • ΒΌ cup Oregano Fresh oregano is best
  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper
