Gamja Jorim (Korean Braised Potatoes)
Ingredients
  • 500g potatoes, peeled & cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 small carrot, peeled & cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 to 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp corn syrup or honey
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
