FRUIT CRUMBLE
Flour 10SPs
Flora Light  5 SPs
Muscovado sugar 7 SPs
Ingredients
  • 100g s/r flour,
  • 50g flora light, rubbed together into crumbs
  • then stirred in 30g muscovado sugar.
  • Cooked down 2 cookers and small carton blackberries and couple teaspoons of sweetener.
  • Placed 4 individual oli rings in a baking tin and topped with crumble.
  • Cooked in oven 180 fan until brown. Don’t know so as don’t have access to the app atm.  TBH I have loads of the crumble topping left so might add some choc chips to it and egg to make a large cookie
