  • 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped

  • 4 fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ground black pepper to taste
