  • 1 4 oz can no salt added tomato sauce - Walmart brand 70 mg & 3.5 gr protein
  • 1 4 oz can regular tomato sauce - Walmart brand 910 mg & 3.5 gr protein
  • ¾ cup chopped carrots - 57 mg & .89 gr protein
  • ½ cup chopped green/red peppers - 2 mg & .4 gr protein
  • ¾ cup chopped onion - 5 mg & 1.32 gr protein
  • ½ cup chopped celery - 40.5 mg & .35 gr protein
  • 2 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce - 210 mg & 0 protein
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder - 0 mg
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or splenda - 0 mg
  • ¼ teaspoon mini salt - 100 mg
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning - 0 mg
  • Pepper to taste - 0 mg

Steps
  1. Brown minute steak in skillet, season with Cavendar's
  2. combine remaining ingredients & simmer 15 to 20 minutes
  3. Bake 350 degrees approx 1 hour or until meat & vegetables are tender

  • If serving with baked potato then don’t double
