  • 4 ounces kale suteed with 2 teaspoons olive oil and 1 clove garlic
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded (5 oz / 142 g)
  • 3 ounces fat-free ricotta cheese (85 g) fat-free has less carbs
