Ingredients
  • 2 ½ cups wild rice blend (I got mine in the bulk section, wild rice and brown rice all mixed up)
  • 5 ½ cups mushroom stock or good veggie stock
  • 2 large portobello mushrooms, cleaned and cut into ½ inch-1 inch chunks.
  • ¼ cup dried onion flakes
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon black or white sesame seeds (I used black)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic (I have a huge bottle from Costco®)
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt (or salt of choice)
