  • ½ cup granulated Erythritol or Swerve
  • 6 large Egg Yolks
  • ⅛th tsp Xanthan Gum, to thicken
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Banana Extract, or up to 1 tsp
  • 1 double batch Keto Vanilla Wafers (you will have leftovers)
  • 1 cup Keto Whipped Cream* or Whipped Coconut Cream
