Ingredients
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 jar honey garlic sauce (I used VH)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
Steps
  1. Heat the Instant Pot in sauté mode.
  2. Add oil to the pot.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; arrange in the instant pot and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  4. Add the jar of honey garlic sauce.
  5. Set Instant Pot to Manual Mode for 15 minutes.
  6. When the time finished, let the pressure release for 10 minutes. Then do a quick release.
  7. When the pressure is completely released, remove the cooked chicken, cover and set aside.
  8. Set Instant pot to saute mode, make the slurry by mixing water and cornstarch.  Add slowly to the Pot.
  9. Let it cook for about 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens to the desired consistency.
  10. Plate chicken over rice and drizzle sauce over top.
  11. Serve & Enjoy!
