Easy Tiramisu

I enjoy cooking, and have especially loved my Instant Pot and my Airfryer. I'm always looking for, trying, and saving recipes for those!

1 8-ounce container mascarpone, room temperature

1 8-ounce package of cream cheese, room temperature

½ cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 8-ounce container whipped topping, thawed

1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee cold

Approximately 19 Ladyfingers

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
