1 part chicory to 3 parts coffee to 24 parts water. If you use 2 oz. chicory and 6 oz. of coffee by weight, 48 ounces of water is the appropriate amount. It’s all by weight, but because 1 fluid oz. of water weighs one ounce, you can use a liquid measure for it.
