Fish—Baked Greek Fish (Psari Plaki) in tomato sauce
Ingredients

  • 2 pounds white fish filet, such as halibut or cod
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 lemons, divided
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
