  • salt & pepper to taste
  • subheading: For the Bowtie Pasta:
  • 2 ½ lbs bowtie or farfalle pasta
  • 1 ½ cups Aglio Butter
  • 3.50 oz sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ lb broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups White Wine Sauce
  • ¼ lb organic fresh baby spinach
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated for garnish
