Banana Nut Bread
Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • half cup of real butter
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • half cup of cold water
  • 2 and a half cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 bananas (mashed, make sure the bananas are ripened to the blackest, juiciest dripping liquid bananas you have, speeds up that process if you put them in the freezer (Yellow bananas will NOT do)
Steps
  1. Start with a cold oven
  2. Mix it all very well.
  3. Place in bread pans and turn up oven to 350 F
  4. Leave in for 45 minutes until you see the top crack open a bit, use a toothpick to check if it's done, if the toothpick comes out with batter still on it then leave it in for a bit longer, always go back to check with the toothpick trick.
