Strawberry layer cake and 1 or 22 cm whipped cream/pan

100 g (1 cup) ground almonds into powder/almond flour

120 g (1 cup less 2 tablespoons) white flour

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 teaspoons baking powder

5 tablespoons (¼ cup) lemon juice

125 g (half a container) 5% ricotta cheese/sour cream

subheading: For whipped cream:

2 containers (500 ml) whipping cream

1 level spoon instant pudding

2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

1 tsp puree/vanilla extract

A pack of clean washed strawberries and sliced in half

For syrup (read above the introduction to understand why it is optional)

⅓ cup(66 g) sugar

½ cup (120 ml) boiling water
