Ingredients
  • 1 pound of beef short ribs cut into 4 pieces
  • 8 red peeled potatoes or 4 russet peeled potatoes cut in half
  • 1 bunch green onions chopped
  • 1 bunch of cilantro chopped
  • 1 beef buillion
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 liters of water
  • salt and pepper
Steps
  1. In a large pot bring water to boil over high heat, add the ribs, onions, garlic, cilantro(save some for serving), beef buillion, and cumin.
  2. Once cooking for 1 hour, add the potatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Let cook for another 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender but not diluted.
  4. Serve hot with chopped cilantro on top.
