  • 2 cups chopped onions

  • 1 28-ounce can no-salt-added crushed tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons cumin seed
  • 1½ teaspoons hot paprika, plus extra for garnish
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika, plus extra for garnish
  • 2 cups no-salt-added chicken stock
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups water
  • ¾ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
