Chocolate Protein Baked Oats
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats, use gluten-free option
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 large Egg
  • ½ Cup Almond Milk, or any milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter, or any other nut butter
  • ⅓ cup Protein Powder, chocolate flavor, one scoop
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup, or honey
  • ¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • ⅛ teaspoon Salt
