½ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy cream

subheading: For the Passionfruit Topping:

1 cup passionfruit pulp (fresh or frozen)

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 tbsp cornstarch

¼ cup water
