Ingredients
  • 16 oz. cream cheese (two 8-oz. packages)
  • 8 oz. FRESH FINELY shredded sharp cheddar cheese (8 oz. block, not preshredded bagged cheese)
  • ½ cup beer (I use pilsner or a light beer)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp. cayenne (or paprika if you don't want any spice)
  • subheading: For serving:
  • pretzel bites, pita chips, kielbasa, or tortilla chips
