Yucatan Citrus Chicken Bowls with Poblano, Smoky Red Pepper Crema & Pickled Onion
Needs more citrus overall.... Like 1 more orange and half a lime per plate. Also more cilantro.

  • 4 tablespoon Smoky Red Pepper Crema
  • 1 teaspoon Ancho Chili Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
