  • Vegetable oil spray
  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced thin
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 ¼ pounds green beans, trimmed
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 1 ½ ounces Parmesan cheese, shredded (½ cup)
