cinnamon french toast bake
Ingredients
  • ¼ C butter melted
  • 2 cans cinnamon rolls
  • 6 eggs
  • ½ whipped cream (cool whip works)
  • 2 tspn cinnamon
  • 2 tspn vanilla
  • 1 C chopped pecans
  • 1 C maple syrup
Steps
  1. Oven 375. Pour melted butter in 13x9 glass dish. Separate cans of dough into 16 rolls. Cut each roll into quarters and place in buttered dish.
  2. Beat eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and whip cream until well blended, gently pour over roll pieces. Sprinkle with pecans, drizzle with 1 cup syrup
  3. Bake 20 to 28 mins or until golden brown. Cool 15 mins. Warm icing in 50% microwave10 to 15 secs.
  4. Drizzle icing over top, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
