Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas 1 cup mashed
  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup grated carrots about 1 large carrot
  • 1 cup grated apple about 1 large apple
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut optional
  • ½ cup raw pecans or walnuts chopped
  • ⅔ cup raisins
