  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced shallot
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 recipe Simple Farro, room temperature (see related content)
  • 6 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (½ cup)
