Bundt Pan Meatloaf - Instant Pot

Meatloaf in a bundt pan

2 + pounds lean ground beef

1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix

1 12 ounce can evaporated milk

1 large egg

subheading: GLAZE:

⅓ cup brown sugar

⅓ cup ketchup

1 tablespoon dry mustard

Mix first four ingredients in a large pan, then pat firmly into a 6 inch bundt pan.

Add 1 cup water to Instant Pot.

Place bundt pan on trivet in Instant Pot. Use sling for easy removal.

Cook high pressure for 38 minutes. Quick release.

When pin has dropped, remove and drain excess grease and moisture.

Remove meatloaf from bundt pan and place on shallow baking sheet.

Cover meatloaf with glaze and broil 5 to 10 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Can also make it with:

1 lb lean ground beef

I pkg onion soup mix

6 oz yogurt

1 egg.

All other steps remain the same. This made 4 mini meatloaves. Add any spices desired.
