“Everything” Flatbread with Curried Zucchini Butter
Ingredients
  • Everything Flatbread: adapted from Simple Provisions
  • 1 ¾ cup whole wheat flour (can also use all purpose)
  • 1 Tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup water
  • ⅓ cup olive oil, plus more for brushing
  • poppy seeds
  • black (or white) sesame seeds
  • smoked salt
  • course or flaked salt (I used pink Himalayan salt)

  • Curried Zucchini Butter: adapted from Food52
  • 2 pounds zucchini and/or various summer squash
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
