Steak Medallions with Potatoes
Ingredients

  • 1 large yellow onion, sliced thin
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • Chopped fresh parsley, to garnish
  • Flaky sea salt, to garnish
  • ½ cup bottled horseradish cream, optional
