  • ¼ cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 TBSP lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ tsp. (or more to taste) prepared horseradish (optional)
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 TBSP snipped chives (optional)
  • 2 to 3 TBSP milk, as needed for consistency
