Fried Rice

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 2 tsp finely chopped ginger
  • 3 TBSP soy sauce
  • 1 TBSP honey
  • ½ chopped ham
  • 3 TBSP EVOO
  • 1 cup frozen veggies
  • 1 TSP fish sauce
Steps
  1. Scramble the egg and gently cook and set aside. Add EVOO and cook garlic and Ginger. Add ham and frozen veggies. Add rice, soy sauce, honey, fish sauce, and a little salt to taste. Cook until hot and serve with some saracha and extra soy sauce if needed.
