Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
  • 2 Chicken Breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups Purple Grapes, halved
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans
  • ½ cup Chopped Celery
  • Mayonnaise
  • Dill Weed (a lot)
  • Sea Salt
Steps
  1. 1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to
  2. combine.
  3. 2. Season to taste. I add a little bit of salt and
  4. A LOT of Dill Weed.
  5. 3. Fill butter leaf lettuce or romaine leaves
  6. with chicken mixture and enjoy!
  7. Note: Cook chicken in your pressure cooker
  8. instead of boiling on the stove! Brine chicken
  9. breasts in salt water overnight or for at least
  10. an hour before cooking.
  11. Add a cup of water and the trivot to your
  12. pressure cooker.
  13. Place chicken breasts on top of the trivot.
  14. Cook on MANUAL HIGH PRESSURE for 6
  15. minutes, let the pot naturally release the
  16. pressure, about 15 minutes.
  17. Let chicken rest for a few minutes before
  18. shredding.
