Ingredients
  • Seasoned the meat on both sides with S&P then lightly floured it. Spritzed both sides with EVOO making sure no flour was showing (didn’t take a lot of oil...just a few spritzes).

  • Preheated for 2 mins @ 400, then cooked for 12 mins flipping @ 6 mins. Decided to go another 2 mins still at 400 for a little more browning. It was very tender. Will definitely make again!
