RASPBERRY RUFFLES
Ingredients
  • 1 tin of condensed milk
  • 350 gms dessicated coconut
  • 2 bars dark of chocolate melted
  • 1 bar milk chocolate melted with the dark
  • 2 sachets raspberry jelly crystals
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • mix together condensed milk and the jelly crystals and then add the coconut you can add vanilla extract. Put it in a 9x9 square tin but put in in anything thats suitable. then leave in freezer for hour then get out roll into balls & dip in the melted chocolate. Use ½ and put the remainder in the fridge to keep cool put some greaseproof paper on trays then leave to set. use the remainder from the fridge and repeat.
