P.F. Chang's Mongolian Beef Copycat
Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 to 8 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • Steamed white or brown rice, for serving

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch, mixed with 1 tablespoon of water
