Ingredients
  • 4 frozen chicken breasts
  • 1 cup broth (I used Better Than Boulon)
  • 1 bag frozen vegetables
  • 1 bag Chow Mein noodles
  • 1 jar honey garlic sauce
Steps
  1. Place broth and chicken in the pot. Pressure cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Do a NPR. When done, take out chicken and cut into cubes. (As much as you can as it's pretty much shredded at this point!) Empty liquid from the pot, put chicken back into the pot. Add frozen vegetables and jar of honey garlic sauce. Stir. Pressure cook for 5 minutes. Do a QPR.
  2. While chicken & vegetables cook, make Chow Mein noodles as directed on package. Drain.
  3. When pressure cooker is finished, add noodles to mixture and serve!
