Fathead Rolls With Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
  • subheading: Spinach artichoke dip:
  • 1 can drained artichoke hearts chopped up
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 2 ridiculously giant handfuls of spinach chopped up
  • 1.5 ounces block cream cheese
  • Simmer it all together minus the cream cheese. You want the excess water to boil out. When there’s just a bit of water remaining, add the cream cheese and stir well until it’s melted and thickened. Taste and add more salt or garlic if you want it. Take it off the heat.
  • subheading: Pull apart fathead dough rolls:
  • 2 cups mozzarella
  • 1 cup fine almond flour
  • 2t baking powder
  • 1 whisked egg
  • Salt and whatever seasoning
