  • 2 Carrots (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic (chopped or paste)
  • Serrano pepper (1 inch sliced, or to taste)
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • subheading: Spices and oil:
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon Red chili powder
  • Rosemary (fresh twigs or dry)
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper (to taste)
