Ingredients

- ½ c. Sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon (more)
- 2 tsp. Veg oil, divided ( a little less?)

- 3 ¾ c flour
- 3 c sugar
- 1 T cinnamon (more)
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1 ¾ c milk
- 1⅓ c. Veg oil
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
Steps

- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Brush 1 tablespoon of oil in one bread pan and then repeat with the other. Be sure to coat corners and up the sides as well.
- Add 2 tablespoons of the cinnamon sugar mixture to the first loaf pan and distribute it across the bottom and up the sides. Repeat with the other pain.

- Whisk the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. (Oxo batter bowl a little small for this task)
- In another bowl whisk together the wet ingredients.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Batter will be lumpy
- Scoop mixture into prepared pans. About 3 and ¾ cup batter in each. Take remaining cinnamon sugar and sprinkle across the top.
- Bake at 325° until paring knife in the center comes out clean. One hour and 5 minutes hour or 1 hour 10 minutes.
- Cool for an hour on the rack. take a paring knife and loosen all sides of the cake from the pan. Tilt out
