Ingredients
  • 3 Pounds of Short Ribs
  • Olive Oil
  • Season Generously W| Kosher Salt & White Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Large Carrot
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 4 Garlic Cloves Chopped
  • 1 Small Can of Tomato Paste
  • 2 Tablespoons of Better Than Bouillon (Beef)
  • 2 and 1 Half Cups of Red Wine (Cabernet) -let this come to a light simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • 1 Carton of Beef Stock/Broth
  • Season to taste with Kosher Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika and White Pepper.
  • 5 Thyme Springs
  • 2 Rosemary.. Leaves
  • 3 Bay Leaves
