Pumpkin Spice Yogurt Bites
Ingredients
  • subheading: Yogurt bites:
  • 1 cup thick coconut yogurt or greek yogurt *make sure its THICK. Runny yogurt will not work.
  • 5 tbsp of your favorite protein powder *I like using salted caramel or vanilla flavor. Make sure it's one you like the flavor of!
  • ¼ Cup pumpkin puree
  • ⅓ cup cashew butter or almond butter *cashew tastes best!
  • 3 to 4 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • good pinch of sea salt
  • ¼ cup finely chopped dates
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans *optional
  • subheading: Chocolate coating:
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bars *or try white chocolate!
  • 1 tsp coconut oil *to help thin the chocolate out
