Ingredients
  • 2 cups adzuki beans, cooked (takes roughly 60 minutes to cook)
  • 4 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 ½ small red onions, peeled and chopped
  • 1 ½ cups oats
  • 1 T. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 oz. lemon juice
  • subheading: Lentil & Oatmeal Mix:
  • 1 cup lentils, cooked (we used brown lentils)
  • 1 cup oatmeal, cooked (we used old-fashioned rolled oats, not instant)
  • 3 to 4 T. olive oil, separated (use for cooking/searing burgers)
