  • ½ cup low fat plain Greek yogurt 120 grams
  • 1 clove garlic (finely grated)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice 5 ml
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 15 ml
  • 1 tsp dried dill 1.5 grams
  • sea salt & black pepper

  • ⅓ cup sunflower oil 90 ml
